1. How do I order online?
First, you need to register. A customer service representative will then contact you to get your reseller information. After you have been approved, you will be able to view prices online. Please note that your total at checkout does not include shipping fees.

2. What happens after my order has been placed?
If this is your first order, a customer service representative will contact you to confirm your order and give you a shipping quote. After you confirm with your order, we'll get the payment information. We only charge your credit card before the product is shipped out.

3. Do you accept phone orders?
Yes. Simply call (323) 201-3770 Monday-Friday 9 am-6 pm Pacific Standard Time and a helpful customer service representative will be able to assist you.

4. How can I check on my order?
Please feel free to log in to view your sales history and track orders.

5. Do you offer drop shipping?
Currently our company does not offer drop shipping.

6. What's your minimum order?
Our minimum order is $150.

7. How can I know the shipping cost?
For retail store orders, we normally ship by UPS. Once we receive your order, we'll get a shipping quote based on the weight. If you would like us to inform you the shipping cost, please leave a note when you place order.
